Terms of Service

By placing an order with The Banner Belle, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Custom Artwork

• All banners are hand-painted and made specifically for each customer.

• Slight variations in color, lettering, or design are normal and part of the handmade process.

• Digital mock-ups are provided for approval prior to painting.

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your spot.

• Orders will not begin production until payment is received and the mock-up is approved.

Rush Orders

• Orders needed in less than the standard production timeline require a Rush Order Fee.

• Rush availability is limited and must be added at checkout to ensure prioritized production.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and images are the intellectual property of The Banner Belle. Designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold, traced, turned into templates, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Logos and watermarks must remain intact.

Promotional Use

The Banner Belle reserves the right to photograph and share completed banners on social media, the website, and other promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing prior to production.

Limitation of Liability

The Banner Belle is not responsible for:

• Errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Events beyond reasonable control
