The Banner Belle ships within the United States only.

Processing & Production

• All banners are custom-made to order.

• Orders are completed based on the event due date, not the purchase date.

• Banners typically ship 7–10 business days before the event date, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Method

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• Delivery times vary by location and shipping carrier.

• Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are outside of The Banner Belle’s control.

Local Pickup

• Local pickup is available in Gretna, NE only.

• Pickup details will be provided once the order is ready.

• Contact me directly for local orders.

Shipping Responsibility

The Banner Belle is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier once the order has left the studio. No refunds will be issued for shipping-related issues.

Customers ordering close to their event date accept all risks associated with carrier delivery timelines.
