Return and Refund Policy

Due to the custom, handmade nature of all Banner Belle products, all sales are final.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Event cancellations or date changes

• Incorrect information provided by the customer

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

Refunds will not be issued once a digital mock-up has been sent for approval, as this marks the start of the custom design process.

The Banner Belle is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays

• Lost or stolen packages

• Damage caused by the shipping carrier

Customers placing orders close to their event date acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping timelines. No refunds will be provided for orders that do not arrive in time due to carrier delays, including product cost, shipping fees, or rush fees.
