Ordering Tips:

  • Choose the banner listing that best matches your event (birthday, holiday, baby shower, graduation, etc.).
  • For themes that don’t fit a specific category, please select the Miscellaneous banner listing.
  • Ready-to-ship items (when available) offer a quicker turnaround.
  • Please read all listing details carefully before purchasing to ensure timelines and policies align with your event date.

Shipping + Order Timelines

  • All banners ship within the U.S. only.
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Banners are shipped 7–10 business days before your event date, regardless of when the order is placed.
  • Once shipped, delivery timelines are dependent on the carrier and are outside of my control.

Draft + Approval Timeline

  • A digital mock-up will be emailed before any painting begins.
  • Drafts are typically sent at least 14 days before your event date, depending on order volume.
  • This timeline allows for any necessary adjustments and helps avoid delays.
  • Once a draft has been sent for approval, the order cannot be canceled, as all banners are custom-made.

Rush Orders

  • Any banner needed in less than 2 weeks requires the purchase of a Rush Order Fee in addition to the banner listing.
  • Rush availability is limited and subject to approval.
  • Rush orders ensure prioritized production to meet tighter timelines.

DESIGN & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

All designs and artwork are original, freehand creations and remain the property of The Banner Belle. Designs may not be copied, traced, reproduced, resold, turned into templates, or used for advertising or commercial purposes without written permission. Logos and watermarks must remain intact, and screenshots or downloaded images of designs may not be used for promotional purposes.
